Supplybox currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit card payments. We do not require billing address on an order to match those tied to credit card used. This is because we want to provide a B2B friendly service and businesses need to be able to have flexible billing options.

Shipping

Normally all orders will ship by next business day. Orders placed earlier in the day may ship same day, but this depends on product, inventory location, and size of order.

All orders will receive shipping confirmation with up to date shipping estimates.
Our products are stored and shipped from dozens of warehouses around the U.S. Shipping costs vary depending on inventory location, shipping address, and size of order. Many products will qualify for free upgraded next day shipping and these items will be marked as such in checkout. We provide shipping at cost provided to us and make no profit from shipping costs.


Cancellations and Returns

We know it's sometimes necessary to return or exchange an item. Returns for stock items must be made within thirty (30) days from date of purchase and require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Returned product must be in original packaging, unused, undamaged, and in sale-able condition. Customer Service will respond to any inquiries within 1 business day. Custom Orders and items marked as non-returnable are not returnable.


You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. To cancel an order, you must contact our customer service team by telephone at 866.284.3550 or email customerservice@supplybox.com. An order is not considered cancelled until you receive a Cancellation of Order email from us. If the cancellation is not finalized before shipment of your order, you will need to go through our returns process.
